Yes we do accept walk-in but it’s highly encouraged to make a reservation via our online book system, or WhatsApp us at xxxxxx, to avoid potential waiting time.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time. We don’t take a deposit, nor is there any penalty for cancellation or no show at the moment. However, we do hope that if your plans change, you’ll inform us as promptly as possible so we can release the studio to other customers.

Yes, you can receive your photo on the same day. Depending on the situation, this may at times take an hour or so for printing. The full set of digital copies will be sent within 1-3 days.

Yes, they are considered an extra person and will be subject to additional charges.

There is no option to extend your time in the studio. However if you do need more time, we encourage you to book 2 slots back to back instead. 

We do store the photos for a short amount of time, although the amount of time varies from branch to branch. We encourage you to make an enquiry with the branch you visited to check if they still have your photos on file.
