Valid for (1) one year from the date of purchase.
Redemption is allowed up to 12 times in a year. 12 physical vouchers will be provided.
Valid to Basic and Premium (2 pax) packages only. Any upgrades or additional services will be charged accordingly.
Only redeemable by the person who purchased it. Contact number has to be presented upon redemption for verification purposes.
In the case of a friend or family to use, then you have to make a reservation for them through WhatsApp/SMS (Register); the person who came over should quote the membership owner’s name & contact number.
